A downloadable project for Windows, macOS, and Linux

SDL2 Test project.

First release testing macOS build system. Displays the SDL logo... or at least it should.

You may need to `brew install sdl2`. Haven't done much external testing yet.

The Windows and Linux builds have been added and "should" work as is.
